Bumbleberry English – Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Bumbleberry English website, booking lessons, or purchasing lesson packages, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Our Services
Bumbleberry English provides online English lessons for children and adults. Lessons are conducted online using Zoom or another approved platform.
3. Bookings and Payments
All lessons and lesson packages must be paid for before lessons begin.
Lesson packages are non-transferable unless approved by Bumbleberry English.
4. Free Trial Lesson
Each new student is entitled to one free trial lesson. Bumbleberry English reserves the right to refuse additional free trial requests.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 10 hours before the scheduled lesson time at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 10 hours before the lesson, or failure to attend without notice, will result in the lesson being counted as used and are not eligible for a refund.
6. Teacher Attendance
If the teacher is unable to attend a scheduled lesson or does not join the lesson, the student will receive a full lesson credit or refund for that lesson.
7. Missed Lessons
Students who do not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will forfeit that lesson.
8. Children
Students under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that young learners have a suitable learning environment.
9. Technology Requirements
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a working device, and access to Zoom. Bumbleberry English is not responsible for technical problems on the student’s side.
10. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, worksheets, videos, and website content are the property of Bumbleberry English and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
11. Privacy
Bumbleberry English respects your privacy. Personal information is collected only for providing our services and will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Bumbleberry English is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, power failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Changes to These Terms
Bumbleberry English reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this website.
